This is my Oddball Art Co. Design Team project for June mid-month. With the 4th of July right around the corner, and to step out of my comfort zone, I chose to use an Independence Day theme as inspiration. I raided my craft stash for colors that I don’t normally use (blue and red) and tried a few different techniques to produce the background. I pulled out my color pencils and colored the Oddball Art Co image #175 available here. I did a little fussy cutting of the flags, added the sentiment with some letter stickers from my stash and finished it up with a little glossy accents on her balloon and lips.
