Every time I do a from scratch layout, it is a learning experience. Most of the time it’s little things that I learn that you probably don’t see. This time, as is typical for a lefty, I smudged the ink from the weekend stamp. Well actually, it’s partially from being a lefty and partially because I used chalk ink on top of washi tape, and it didn’t dry well. I put a piece of clear tape over the stamped ink it to keep it from smudging further, and I did my best to hide the smudge and decorate with washi tape. I think it came out okay in the end, but the moral of this story is nothing and no one is perfect, even in the planner community.
