It’s been almost a year since I’ve done a real Plan With Me in my Altered Composition Notebook, but I’m finally getting back into it!
I originally started using this notebook during the fourth quarter of 2025 as my seasonal planner for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Now I’m bringing it back for November 2026, and instead of starting completely fresh, I’m making use of planner pages I already have.
Giving Old Planner Inserts a New Life
One of the things I love about creative planning is finding ways to use supplies I already own.
Earlier this year, I added printable planner inserts to my altered composition notebook but never actually used them. Rather than letting those pages go to waste, I’m redating them for November 2026 and decorating them with printable planner stickers.
It’s a simple way to refresh an existing planner without having to print and assemble an entirely new set of pages.
November 2026 Monthly & Weekly Plan With Me
In this video, I’m setting up two spreads:
- November 2026 Monthly Layout – Redating and decorating the monthly calendar.
- November 2–8 Weekly Layout – Creating my first weekly spread for November using mostly Scrapcraftastic Patreon printable stickers.
The stickers bring everything together with a seasonal look while giving those unused planner inserts a fresh start.
