Shine Bright is my August 1 design team project for Oddball Art Co  It’s a very simple greeting card using Tim Holtz Distress Inks, a little shimmer spray and gold paint splatters for the background. The Stars and Bubbles image was die cut out of the top layer of the background. The bottom layer is the digital stamp with added glitter and shimmer. This card is shimmery and glittery but the photo does not do it justice.
